Alina is your global real estate consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is dedicated to helping local and international buyers and sellers alike and connecting buyers and sellers from different countries.

She enjoys representing a seasoned investor or a luxury property seller or buyer as much as she enjoys representing a first time home buyer on a tight budget.

Alina is a San Francisco property owner herself and personally bought and sold few properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

She brings extensive international business, marketing, public relations, journalism and economics research experience to her real estate practice.

As a student, she discovered a passion for journalism and broadcasting and went on to coordinate the launching of a national newspaper in post-Communist Romania. She wrote hundreds of syndicated articles, covering economic and political issues. Her interest in global affairs eventually translated into a PhD in Economics with emphasis in globalization.

Prior to her Real Estate career, Alina held positions of responsibility for economic development organizations, multinational corporations and nonprofits. She also successfully established and managed a San Francisco based import business.

Considering her background, real estate was a natural choice.

Alina considers herself an international citizen, which is a reflection of the city she proudly represents. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the San Francisco Bay Area economy and trends, as well as about different neighborhoods and micro markets, recognizing where there is new potential.

Taking her San Francisco based real estate business to a global level, Alina became a CIPS ( Certified International Property Specialist) and a member with leadership responsibilities in the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). She keeps current with local and global real estate trends and opportunities by participating in different San Francisco, national and international real estate events and conferences, as a speaker and moderator.

She currently serves as a NAR ( National Association of Realtors) Global Ambassador to Romania and Moldova and as a VP of Marketing and Networking Committee for FIABCI.
