Thailand and India earn higher grades for real estate transparency
TOKYO -- Thailand and India have made some of the biggest improvements in real estate transparency since 2016, a new study by property research company Jones Lang LaSalle has found. Progress in both markets was powered by government regulatory initiatives aimed at reducing corruption and boosting investor confidence.
