ACCESS to a high-speed internet has topped home buyers’ shopping lists with some buyers rejecting properties without it or making lower offers.

According to the NBN Ready Digital Campaign report, released this week, 80 per cent of home buyers rate a good broadband service as a major factor in the decision-making process.
