Australia: Past the peak in global property market


"An emerging consensus that the global property market has passed its peak could signal trouble to come for listed landlords in Australia.

Capitalisation rates – commonly known as cap rates – are expected to rise an average 13 basis points over the next 12 months, according to a poll of global property chief executives attending a recent Citi summit."
