According to CBRE’s Q414 Market View of industrial property in Latin America, the vacancy rate for class A/A+ industrial property in Guadalajara was 4.4%. The average rent was equivalent to USD4.69 per square metre per month. By this measure, rents had fallen by 1.1% in Q414. Relative to Q413, they had risen by 3.3%.
