In its report ‘Global Luxury Retail 2015’, CBRE noted that City is the third most luxurious city globally. Some 83% of all luxury brands have a presence there. In 2013, 83% of brands could be found in London. Some 31% of luxury and business fashion brands are targeting the UK for expansion in 2015. By this measure, the UK is seen as the seventh most prospective of the 10 national/ territory markets profiled by CBRE.
