According to CBRE’s Q414 Market View of industrial property in Latin America, the vacancy rate for class A/A+ industrial property in Monterrey was 9.7%. The average rent was equivalent to USD3.87 per square metre per month. By this measure, rents were unchanged in Q414. Relative to Q413, they had risen by 0.8%.
