CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Barcelona rise by 8.0% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Barcelona was in 16th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Barcelona increased by 8.0%. Barcelona did not feature in CBRE’s ranking of the 50 most expensive centres in terms of occupancy costs. Barcelona rose by 11 places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
