CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Belfast rise by 15.2% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Belfast was in 2nd position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Belfast increased by 15.2%. Belfast did not feature in CBRE’s ranking of the 50 most expensive centres in terms of occupancy costs. Belfast rose by six places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
