CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Boston rise by 9.3% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Downtown Boston was in 6th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Downtown Boston increased by 9.3%. With September 2015 occupancy costs of US$102.50 per square foot per annum, Boston was by that measure the 15th most expensive centre overall.
