CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Helsinki rise by 8.8% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Helsinki was in 13th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Helsinki increased by 8.8%. Helsinki did not feature in CBRE’s ranking of the 50 most expensive centres in terms of occupancy costs. Helsinki rose by four places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
