CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Leeds rise by 7.4% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Leeds was in 20th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Leeds increased by 7.4%. With September 2015 occupancy costs of US$65.90 per square foot per annum, Leeds was by that measure the 39th most expensive centre overall. Leeds rose by six places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
