CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Los Angeles rise by 7.8% in year to September 2015
In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Downtown Los Angeles was in 19th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Downtown Los Angeles increased by 7.9%. Downtown Los Angeles did not feature in CBRE’s ranking of the 50 most expensive centres in terms of occupancy costs. However, with occupancy costs of US$79.10 per square foot per annum, Suburban Los Angeles was the 29th most expensive centre globally.
