CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in New Delhi rise by 9.0% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that New Delhi’s Gurgaon sub-market was in 10th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Gurgaon increased by 9.0%. None of New Delhi’s submarkets featured in CBRE’s ranking of the 50 most expensive centres in terms of occupancy costs.
