CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Stockholm rise by 12.1% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Stockholm was in 4th position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Stockholm increased by 12.1%. With September 2015 occupancy costs of US$68.32per square foot per annum, Stockholm was by that measure the 36th most expensive centre overall. Stockholm rose by 12 places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
