In its report ‘Global Luxury Retail 2015’, CBRE noted that Singapore is the sixth most luxurious city globally. Some 75% of all luxury brands have a presence there. In 2013, 73% of brands could be found in Singapore. Some 23% of luxury and business fashion brands are targeting Singapore for expansion in 2015. By this measure, Singapore is seen as the equal eighth most prospective of the 10 national/ territory markets profiled by CBRE. 12 new luxury and business fashion brands opened a store in Singapore in 2014
