Colliers: new Class A office supply in Istanbul concentrated in three sub-markets and in 2016

Colliers International note that the pipeline of new Class A office space that will become available in greater Istanbul over the three years to the end of 2017 will amount to 1.39mn square metres (versus the current supply of 2.43mn square metres. Most of the supply will be in three sub-markets – Kozyatagi/ Atasehir (32% of the total), Kagithane/Cendere (27%) and the CBD (17%). Half of the new supply is expected to become available in 2016.
