In its latest (2Q15) publication, ‘Marketbeat: the DNA of Real Estate’, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) noted that Edinburgh was one of the 10 European markets that achieved the strongest growth in logistics rentals through 2Q15. Rents at the end of June were GBP7.50/square foot/ year, and had risen by 3.4% over the previous 12 months. C&W thinks that the short term prospects remain favourable. Current rental yields are 6.00%.
