According to Cushman & Wakefield, rents for Grade A office space in Hong Kong’s Central district rose through Q414, but were still at around two-year lows at HKD96.20/ square foot/ month. %. In its latest (April 2015) review of legal firms’ use of office space across the Asia-Pacific region, C&W noted that firms are staying put because of the lack of space in other sub-markets  and are focusing on cost containment.
