In its latest (2Q15) publication, ‘Marketbeat: the DNA of Real Estate’, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) noted that Istanbul was one of the few European logistics markets where rents fell over the 12 months to the end of June. Over that period, prices fell by 9.1% to USD7.00/ square metre/ month. C&W thinks that the short term prospects are negative. Current rental yields are 9.00%.
