In its latest (2Q15) publication, ‘Marketbeat: the DNA of Real Estate’, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) noted that Madrid was one of the 10 European markets that achieved the strongest growth in logistics rentals through 2Q15. Rents at the end of June were EUR5.25/square metre/ month, and had not changed over the previous 12 months. C&W thinks that the short term prospects are neutral. Current rental yields are 7.00%.
