According to Cushman & Wakefield, average rents for grade A office space in Singapore rose by nearly 10% in 2014 to US$7.81/ square foot/ month.  In its latest (April 2015) review of legal firms’ use of office space across the Asia-Pacific region, C&W noted that law firms are moving to quality premises, but are economising on costs. This is in response to greater competition in the legal services market and downwards pressure on fees.
