C&W: Strong demand for Grade A office space in Sydney through 2014

  According to Cushman & Wakefield, demand for Grade A office space in Sydney was strong in 2014. The vacancy rate is still over 7%, though, with landlords offering incentives of around 30%. In its latest (April 2015) review of legal firms’ use of office space across the Asia-Pacific region, C&W noted that firms are moving to high quality premises and are emphasising flexibility in their office lay-outs. Several of the largest law firms have merged with UK counterparts.
