According to DTZ’s Property Times, net absorption of new grade A office space in Shenzhen in 2Q15 was 127,176 square metres. Demand has been boosted by the official promotion of financial services in Qianhai. DTZ expects that, having risen quite sharply during 1H15, grade A office rents in Shenzhen will now track sideways, because of  very substantial new supply.
