According to DTZ’s Property Times, no new grade A office space became available in Chongqing in 2Q15. The vacancy rate across the whole city slipped from  43.5% to 41.3%, with similar moves in the core Yuzhong sub-market, which accounts for just over 600,000 square metres of stock out of a total for the city as a whole of 770,000 square metres.
