According to DTZ’s Property Times, rents for high-end warehouse space in Chongqing rose by 2.9% to CNY29.9 per square metre per month. The vacancy rate remained very low, at just 0.7% across total stock of 551,400 square metres. No new supply became available through 2Q15. As is the case elsewhere, logistics and e-commerce have been growing steadily.
