DTZ’s 2015 Annual Outlook for office space globally found that Mumbai is currently the most attractive city for occupiers of office space. DTZ’s assessment of 60 cities takes into account accessibility, availability and profitability for multi-national businesses.  Mumbai ranks highly for accessibility, low rents and a high vacancy rate. Thanks to very high labour productivity, Tokyo and Los Angeles are in second and third places.
