According to DTZ’s Property Times, the municipal government of Chongqing reduced tax breaks for third party logistics and logistics information companies from 25% to 15%, with effect from the beginning of June 2015. DTZ notes that total stock of prime warehouse space will nearly triple to about 1.5mn square metres over the coming three years. DTZ expects that rents will remain firm.
