A long-term agreement between Dubai Industrial Park and Lootah Real Estate Development has been signed to develop Senaeyat - a 28ha industrial project, according to Construction Week Online.

As part of the terms of the partnership, there will be a 49-year lease for the 9.3ha land plot that will consist of Phase 1 of the project.

“Driven by our mandate to grow the industrial sector, we are committed to fulfilling the requirements of the developing market and our partners through dedicated business support, integrated scalable solutions, and world-class infrastructure,” said Saud Abu Al-Shawareb, managing director of Dubai Industrial Park.
