GFCI 17: Shanghai the international financial centre most likely to become more significant The latest Global Financial Centres Index published by the Qatar Finance Centre Authority and Long Finance (GFCI 17) found that Shanghai was the financial centre most frequently mentioned (by 153 respondents) as being likely to become more significant. It was followed by Singapore (132), Busan (99), Gibraltar (69) and Casablanca (64).
