NEW DELHI|MUMBAI: Several builders under severe cash crunch are getting a breather from debt repayments with some lenders, especially non-bank finance companies (NBFC), offering a moratorium on interest repayments over and above moratorium on principal repayments that builders were already enjoying. This breather has been necessitated by the continuing cash flow crunch among builders as home sales remain dry in many areas.
