The process of re-zoning former military barracks in Turin is underway. The first project is backed by state lender Cassa depositi e prestiti, which will invest €25-€30 million to restore the La Marmora barracks on Via Asti. It’s an historic site for the city that will become an open space for residential use, startups, laboratories and co-working areas.
