According to Jones Lang LaSalle IP’s report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, some 248 new rooms were added to Tokyo’s luxury hotels in calendar 2014. Over the year as a whole, the city received 8.7mn international visitors. The average occupancy rate was 82.8%. The average daily rate (ADR) per room was USD432 per night. Revenue per available room (REVPAR) was USD357 per night.
