According to Jones Lang LaSalle IP’s report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, no new rooms were added to Sydney’s hotels in 2014. Over the first three quarters of the year, the city received 22.6mn international visitors. The average occupancy rate was 87.1%. The average daily rate (ADR) per room was USD204 per night. Revenue per available room (REVPAR) was USD178 per night.
