In its Global Market Perspective for Q315, Jones Lang Lasalle IP Inc. (JLL) noted that it expects conditions in the Grade A office market of Brussels to favour tenants vis-à-vis landlords in 2015, before returning to neutral in each of 2016 and 2017. JLL also looks for a similar stabilisation in the Grade A office market of Madrid in 2016.
