In its Global Market Perspective for Q315, Jones Lang Lasalle IP Inc. (JLL) noted that conditions in the Grade A office market of Hong Kong currently favour landlords vis-à-vis tenants. However, JLL looks for conditions to revert to neutral in 2016 and to favour tenants relative to landlords in 2017. The only other market of the 23 reviewed where conditions are expected to move in favour of tenants in 2017 is Mexico City. Conditions are expected to favour tenants in both 2015 and 2016 in each of São Paulo, Moscow, Paris, Dubai and Singapore.
