In its third annual City Momentum Index (CMI) ranking, Jones Lang LaSalle found that Dublin was the city that, overall, has the third most dynamic urban economy and that is adapting most rapidly to technological and infrastructural transformation. The CMI analysis considers 37 variables across 10 topics in relation to socio-economic momentum, commercial real estate momentum and ‘high-value incubators (higher education facilities, patent applications etc.). Transformational projects and policies underway in Dublin that were highlighted by JLL included the ongoing regeneration of the city’s docklands and the extension of the Luas tram system.
