According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The  Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex  (BKC district) were USD538 per square metre per annum. In INR terms, this represented falls of 1.0% qoq and 3.7% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD5,403 per square metre – or  unchanged qoq and down 2.2% relative to 1Q14.
