According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The  Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Seoul CBD were USD532 per square metre per annum. In KRW terms, this represented falls of 0.8% qoq and 0.3% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD11,096 per square metre – or up 0.1% qoq and up 6.1% relative to 1Q14.
