According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Beijing were USD1,019 per square metre per annum. In CNY terms, this represented a fall of 0.2% qoq and a rise of 4.5% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD16,057 per square metre – or down 0.2% qoq and up 4.6% relative to 1Q14.
