According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Sydney CBD were USD350 per square metre per annum. In AUD terms, this represented gains of 1.5% qoq and 1.3% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD9,776 per square metre – or up 3.5% qoq and up 10.5% relative to 1Q14.
