In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Auckland had received 3.0mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, no hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 83.0. The average daily rate has been USD120. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD100. Upcoming notable hotels include the Adina Apartment Hotel, the Ramada on Federal Street, the Sofitel So Auckland and the Lakewood Court Hotel.
