JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Bali is 63.9%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Bali had received 63.9mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 4,127 hotel rooms have been built. In the luxury hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 63.9%. The average daily rate has been USD449. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD287. New notable hotels include the Inaya Putri Bali, the Ritz-Carlton Bali, the Trans Resort Bali, the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa and the Maya Sanur Resort and Spa.
