JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Bangkok is 71.0%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Bangkok had received 11.4mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 4,977 hotel rooms have been built. In the luxury hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 71.0%. The average daily rate has been USD176. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD125. New notable hotels include The Mövenpick Bangkok Sukhumvit 15, the Amara Bangkok, the Hotel Indigo Bangkok, and the Best Western Wanda Hotel.
