JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Delhi is 69.4%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Delhi had received 7.9 international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 1,055 hotel rooms have been built. In the luxury hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 69.4%. The average daily rate has been USD143. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been 100. New notable hotels include the Ibis Aerocity, Lemon Tree Premier and the Red Fox Hotel, all at the airport.
