In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Hanoi had received 1.4mn international visitors in the first five months of 2015. In 2015, 1,086 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 74.9. The average daily rate has been USD105. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD79. New notable hotels include the JW Marriott, the Lotte Centre and the Apricot Hotel.
