JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Ho Chi Minh City is 66.2%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Ho Chi Minh City had received 1.8mn international visitors in the first five months of 2015. In 2015, 1,577 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 66.2%. The average daily rate has been USD115. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD76. New notable hotels include Le Méridien Saigon and the Reverie Saigon.
