JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Hong Kong is 75.9%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Hong Kong had received 34.3mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 2,142 hotel rooms have been built. In the luxury hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 75.9%. The average daily rate has been USD440. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD330. New notable hotels include Hotel Sáv, Inn Hotel Hong Kong, Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Mong Kok and TUVE.
