JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Jakarta is 59.8%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Jakarta had received 1.1mn international visitors in the first six months of 2015. In 2015, 4,451 hotel rooms have been built. In the upscale hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 59.8%. The average daily rate has been USD179. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD107. New notable hotels include the Fairmont Jakarta, the Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Centre, the Holiday Inn Express Jakarta International Expo, the Hotel Ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square and the Raffles Jakarta.
