In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Macau had received 17.4mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 3,589 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 84.7%. The average daily rate has been USD202. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD171. New notable hotels include the JW Marriott Hotel Macau.
